    I. Overall Function

    II. Operating Principle

    2. Exhaust gas passes through Zeolite molecular sieve rotor , organic waste gases are adsorbed and retained by the zeolite, while the clean air is discharged directly.

    4. High-temperature hot air is used to heat and desorb the rotor, stripping off the adsorbed waste gas and converting it into… Low airflow, high concentration Exhaust gas.
    5. Thermal Oxidation (RTO Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer)
    6. High-concentration waste gas is fed into the RTO furnace, where it undergoes high-temperature incineration and complete decomposition, converting into carbon dioxide and water.
    7. Waste Heat Recovery
    8. RTO recovers incineration heat to preheat the desiccant wheel, significantly reducing energy consumption.
