The carbon black monthly storage silo is a large-scale powder‑handling storage system specifically designed for the rubber and tire manufacturing industry. It is primarily used to centrally store substantial quantities of carbon black feedstock on tire production lines, with storage capacity tailored to monthly production requirements, enabling centralized inventory management, unified control, and continuous material supply.
The equipment is tailored to the characteristics of ultrafine carbon black powder, featuring a sealed, antistatic, moisture‑ and dust‑proof structural design. Paired with arch‑breaking fluidization, material‑level monitoring, dust‑collection and environmental protection systems, and an automated discharge and conveying unit, it effectively addresses issues such as carbon black agglomeration, dust generation, and bridging or blockages.
It can be integrated with internal mixers and automated batching lines to enable automated raw-material conveyance and supply. Paired with an intelligent control system, it provides real-time monitoring of material inventory levels and consumption data, reducing manual handling, stabilizing the production rhythm, and enhancing both the standardization of on-site raw-material storage and the continuity of production.
