The Hongpeng Derui Logistics Transfer and Relocation Machine is a core piece of equipment for automated logistics lines, enabling direction switching, cross‑line docking, and inter‑floor transfers. Featuring a combination of lifting and horizontal translation with right‑angle line changes, it precisely, smoothly, and efficiently moves goods from one conveyor line to another, addressing challenges such as crossings, turns, splits, merges, and level changes. It seamlessly interfaces with roller conveyors, elevators, RGVs, sorting lines, and WCS systems, making it suitable for all factory workshop and warehouse‑logistics scenarios.
I. Product Overview
The transplanting machine’s core comprises a frame, a lifting mechanism, a lateral‑transfer/conveyor module, positioning and detection systems, and PLC‑based electrical control. By combining vertical lifting with horizontal movement, it enables cargo to change direction, switch lines, and shift between levels.
