The offline manual batching scale software precisely addresses the aforementioned pain points: it allows pre‑defined recipes to be entered in advance, and during operation, workers must strictly follow the software‑guided recipe ratios and weighing sequence. The software displays weighing data in real time and promptly issues alerts when measured values exceed the allowable tolerance, thereby enforcing standardized procedures, eliminating human error in batching, and ensuring batching accuracy. Additionally, it integrates seamlessly with MES systems, enabling direct download of preset recipes and production schedules from the MES—eliminating the need for manual entry and guaranteeing the accuracy and timeliness of recipes and plans, thus preventing production deviations caused by human‑error data entry.
