It seamlessly interfaces with automated logistics equipment such as automated storage and retrieval systems, CTU bin‑handling robots, AGV transporters, and conveyor lines, enabling fully unmanned handling across the entire workflow—from receiving and putaway to internal transfer, on‑demand picking, and inventory reconciliation.
    At the same time, it achieves deep integration with the workshop’s MES production system and QMS quality management system, automatically generating material‑issuance instructions based on production work orders, prioritizing the outbound release of conforming materials, strictly controlling the flow of nonconforming materials, synchronizing inventory data and quality status in real time, optimizing warehouse space utilization, and enhancing material turnover efficiency—thereby establishing a standardized, intelligent, and digital smart warehousing management system tailored specifically for the rubber and plastics industry.
